This ground-up building will serve as the new home office for the accounting and business advising firm, Seidel Schroeder.

The build-to-suit project features a stucco and brick exterior elevation and wood frame. Extensive custom millwork accents the workspace and unique wall cladding highlights the impressive two-story lobby.

In addition to the office structure, GSD also executed the site-work prep in advance of the concrete paving and slab work.

GSD was selected early and able to play a part in the design-build process. This approach allowed GSD to value-engineer elements of the build saving the client money and construction time.
